The top station
La gare haute
At the end of the footpath Sentier de l'Aiguille, the top station is near the Fort Beauregard. As the bottom station the top station is just a shed with two walls and a roof. The building was providing shelter to the engine room. |
The top station today. Apparently no change since the first day. La gare haute aujourd'hui. Apparemment rien n'a changé depuis le premier jour. |
The shed of the top station. Le hangar de la gare haute. |
The interior of the top station, with the stairs of the piers and the iron gates, is now used as personnal shed and clothes airer by the actual tenant of the building. |
